Day Use Program

Families whose child is receiving medical treatment at Phoenix Children’s Hospital Thomas Campus in Phoenix or Banner Children’s at Desert in Mesa and who need daytime respite, support services, or access to facilities not available elsewhere may be eligible to participate in the Day Use Program.

Participation requires a referral from a social worker or case manager at a local healthcare facility. Direct self-referrals are not accepted. Families should contact their social worker for more details and to obtain a referral.
