Health & Wellness

For Full Time employees (30+ hours/week), we offer comprehensive medical and dental insurance, with the organization contributing toward employee coverage to help make healthcare more affordable. Employees also have the option to elect dependent coverage through the plan. We also offer an affordable employee-paid vision plan.

To further support your well-being and peace of mind, we provide Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance coverage at no cost to employees.

Retirement Savings

Eligible full-time employees may participate in our retirement savings plan after one year of employment, including a company match of up to 4%, helping you plan confidently for the future.
