The Judy Schubert and Suzanne Hanson Giving Society recognizes individual donors to Ronald McDonald House Central and Northern Arizona who have given a minimum of $5,000 in a single year.
Society members are acknowledged on this website, listed in our Annual Report and are invited to attend an exclusive recognition event each year.
The society is named for Judy Schubert and Suzanne Hanson, who in 1980 as members of Junior League of Phoenix, conducted a feasibility study that found a need for a Ronald McDonald House in Phoenix.
On May 15, 1985 our Roanoke House opened its doors with 16 guest rooms because of their vision and dedication to bring the House to fruition. Today, the Central and Northern Arizona chapter has grown to include three facilities totaling 72 guest rooms.
