Completely renovated in 2025, the Dobson House has 16 guest rooms and the Thunderbirds Charities Family Room, located on the campus of Banner Children’s at Desert in Mesa.

The Dobson House provides our guest families with:

  • Community kitchen, pantry and dining room
  • Thunderbirds Charities Family Room
  • Library and play area
  • Shaded playground
  • 2 Laundry facilities
  • Free Wi-Fi throughout the House
  • Day Use Program (January 2026)
